By creating an account, redeeming an access code, subscribing, or otherwise using the App, you ("you," "the user," or "the couple") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Spice Builder is a faith-based relationship enrichment application designed to help married and engaged couples build daily intimacy and strengthen their covenant through guided activities, devotional content, games, affirmations, and progress tracking. The App is intended as an encouragement and enrichment tool. It is not a substitute for professional marriage counseling, therapy, pastoral care, or medical or mental-health treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements. The App is intended for adult couples who are married or engaged.
Certain features require a subscription or a valid access code. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access codes provided for testing, ministry, or promotional purposes are granted at our discretion and may be revoked. You may not share, sell, or distribute access codes without our written permission.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App; share access credentials improperly; upload harmful code; or use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
All content in the App — including text, devotional material, activity designs, graphics, the Marriage Respiced name and logo, and the books referenced within — is the property of Marriage Respiced and Sharon M. Finney, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce or redistribute its content without written permission.
The App contains Christian devotional content, Scripture, and faith-centered language reflecting the mission of Marriage Respiced. By using the App you acknowledge and welcome this faith-based perspective.
The App may link to books and external resources, including titles by Sharon M. Finney sold through third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Purchases of books are governed by the terms of the retailer where the purchase is made.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will produce any particular outcome in your relationship. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage Respiced and Sharon M. Finney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
